"Unethical. Was quoted one price then charged a higher price for service to the airport. Price quoted was without tip then charged me with tip included meanwhile I paid a cash tip to the driver. They refused to credit me back."

"An 85 year old customer called for a cab and waited 30 minutes, then she asked me if i could call on her behalf, was told by dispatch they would send a cab for her and would be here soon, 30 minutes later she received a call stating they were five minutes away, after waiting and additional 15 minutes I felt terrible for the elderly woman and drove her to her home 3 blocks away, apparently after we left to her some the cab showed up in front of our business, on our drive to her home she told me how she uses coupons and it is one of the main reasons she feels they don't like to pick her up once she gives her destination, if the company or drivers do not like accepting their own coupons or if the customer is abusing the coupons then either stop providing them to the public or make the customers aware they cant use the coupon more than once, either way to make a person wait over 1 hour is unacceptable and if this is being done on purpose to this specific customer then that is even worse."

There were at least 25 people at the Greenwich station stranded for hours. Several people missed their flights out of westchester"

"My wife just get the surgery, today she want to see the doctor use greenwich taxi, The driver very unprofessional and the impatient try to rush the patient to the taxi. I am not recommend greenwich taxi for anyone."
