"I had an excellent experience for my daughters wedding. First transporting our about 30 family members from Massachusetts to Brooklyn, NY. Then in transporting all guests from two hotels to the church. Then in making hotel runs at the end of the night. Danielle did a great job coordinating every detail, made a gift bag, and included fun facts about my daughter and son in law. My experience was great!"

"We used town and country for our wedding on March 11th 2017 as they were a preferred vendor with our venue the Woodwinds. Services contracted with them included a private limo bus for our wedding party as well as a separate shuttle bus for our hotel guests. Everything leading up to the actual day of the wedding was great, Denise was very meticulous and communicative and built significant trust with us that they would get the job done. Unfortunately the final product left much to be desired. From the very beginning I stressed my concern that they might not be able to get up our driveway as it is long, steep and winding. After providing several pictures of the whole driveway I was told they could make it. Upon their arrival they unfortunately could not. That meant that our entire wedding party of 25 people had to walk down our 700 foot driveway in dresses, heels and carrying large heavy bags to get to the bus. Not to mention it was one of the coldest days of the year. Once we got on the bus, we quickly realized it was not the bus we selected. We told them we definitely did not want the bus with the separate private area in the back as that felt to us like it was for strippers and bachelor parties yet this is the bus we received. All the guys sat in the back and the girls sat in the front and we were completely segregated. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice bus, but not the bus we wanted. For the hotel bus, Denise promised signs at the hotel and communication with the hotel as they were a preferred vendor with the Holiday Inn as well. As far as I know, none of this happened as I fielded several phone calls within 30 minutes of the ceremony of concerned guests wondering where to get the shuttle and at what time since the hotel had no knowledge and there were no signs. I can't speak for the shuttle bus, but the bus we did receive was clean and stylish otherwise and Stefan the driver was apologetic and accommodating. The next day I received a call from Denise that she heard there were issues. She was going to look into what happened and get back to me but as of yet hasn't. Unfortunately this just wasn't the way we were hoping to kick off our wedding day and it put a dent in what was overall a very happy and joyous occasion for us."

"I used Town & Country transportation for our wedding this past weekend. They were great from the day I booked them Denise was on top of things and made me feel at ease and have no worries about something going wrong. The day of our wedding we used the party limo bus for 15. Even with my huge dress it was perfect for 14 of us (2 junior bridesmaids). Our driver Stefan arrived early and had our itinerary on hand so knew exactly what the plans were and where to go. He was also more than happy to add in any extra stops that we requested. I would highly recommend town and country to every bride and anyone else needing transportation for other events."
