The rugs we've bought over the years look as beautiful as the day we bought them. They're very knowledgeable about the history of their rugs, who the weavers are, the differnt motifs and their origins, etc. Every time we walk into the store, even if we haven't been there for years, they recognize us and remember the rugs we've bought in the past. When we recently bought 2 rugs at their Manchester store, I had forgotten to bring a paint sample with me to match up with a rug for that room . No problem! S.E. had paint sample books from all the major paint companies. All the sales people are friendly and accommodating. Because we're longtime customers, they make us feel like family."
