"Used to go & be picked up at cruise terminal in NY. The trip to the cruise ship was wonderful but the trip home was absolutely horrendous. My partner is 80 years old and when I called Gus to pick us up which we planned in advance, he told us he was on his way but could not get to the terminal & we had to go across the street from the terminal to be picked up, but saw many taxis & services picking up fares at the terminal. Well the address he gave us wasn’t across the street. You had to cross major road and go down two blocks, with lots of luggage. it was freezing cold and we waited 45 minutes to be picked up. Never again"

"My first ride with Gus was great. The second time I waited 30 min and then canceled and took a Lyft to the airport because he never came. Final straw was he was a no show at scheduled airport pickup then kept telling me “his driver” was almost there. By the time the driver came an hour later it was just a Lyft driver that he called! I hope he’s not skimming off the top. Cut the middle man, save time and call Lyft directly."
