"Not recommended.. decent to get picked up and friendly on the phone, but the car itself was questionable, and the experience was tough. The car we rode in did not seem safe to ride in, every engine light was on, and it was unable to pick up enough speed for highway traffic. No blame on the driver (who was a nice man) but that car should not be used for taxiing paying customers. Felt unsafe, only one functional seat belt in the back seat."

"Called for a 8:00am pickup this mornong. No show. 8:05am called, they said 5 more minutes. By 8:30am still no show, no call, nothing!! I called again at 8:35am and they didn't pick up!! Worst customer service ever!! By the way, then called Ecua Taxi, they were there in 5 minutes last minute."
