"One of the cab drivers was very rude I was shocked. Asked for pickup in an area where there are many cars and when trying to look for him he would ask do you really need a cab or are you playing when trying to find him instead of helping me to find him. Then when I open the car door to confirm he’s the cab driver since the license plate is not a taxi one he says what do u think ? In spanish. Very rude and bad customer service it’s like he hates his job. Then when I decided to not get in 15 minutes later someone else calls and when I said I didn’t need it anymore the guy says why u didn’t call to let us know and hangs up. I’ve never experienced behavior like this from cab drivers. If you don’t like ur job u should quit."

"This is the only taxi service I use. We've been customers for about 5 years or more. I know all the drivers as well as dispatchers by name. I always feel safe at at home with everyone. Reliable, helpful and friendly. I use them to and from work as well as errands."
