"We've been using Joshua's Worldwide Transportation for a couple of years now to hire a private car to take our child from college to the airport (and vice-versa) multiple times per year. Our son's last trip (Jan 19, 2024) really drove home how valuable this service is, especially versus using Lyft or Uber. On the return trip to BDL from Chicago, my son was suddenly unable to receive or transmit texts. Usually, the Joshua's driver will text the passenger the pickup point. Which, of course, this time, my child did not receive. After 20 minutes of no response from my child, instead of giving up, getting annoyed & leaving, the driver parked his vehicle, walked over to luggage claim & began looking for our child. Whom he found. We are so grateful to the level of care and attention to detail that Joshua's Transportation always gives us - especially on this trip! I've always had confidence in this company and now I do so more than ever!"
