"I relocated I called them they and they said they had no record of my daughter. Funny though they picked her u everyday. When I called they said he wasn’t in the system UPDATE: after speaking with the man TJ all issues and concerns were addressed. He’s gone above and beyond to keep me in the loop and updated with everything. Since then there has been no problem at all so I will change my rating to a 5 star. The level of professionalism he has shown me was great and highly respectable."

"So I have mixed feelings the cab drivers were kind to my son. One was not so kind to me. There system is severely flawed the communication is terrible and my son's been left at school for over an hour waiting to be picked up because of lack of communication skills. many late arrivals. They came way to early school has called me about the cabs multiple times I finally switched... Sorry not sorry I hope this comes across as constructive criticism they need to do better as a company......"
