"I wrote a poor review of Norwich Pediatric Group a few years back. I was frustrated with the difficulty in getting appointments the long holds on the phone and such but I realized having stayed with them instead of leaving that in the industry of healthcare there is a shortage. We have been with NPG since 2007 And without a doubt they are a very caring and thorough group of doctors. They’re just aren’t enough of those around. I recently had an emergency situation and they were able to get me in and I am grateful for that. I learned a lesson about leaving bad reviews when you’re angry it’s not a good idea! No one is perfect. No place is perfect. Everybody’s trying to do the best they can!"

"Don't bother, but if you need reasons why to go elsewhere here they are: 1. Inconvenient, lazy, rude 2. They will schedule appointments wrong and not apologize. 3. They will tell you to come in to be seen if your kid is sick, but you’ll wait hours. 4. Nothing is digitalized. Have fun remembering you appointments or locating those cards they give you. No my chart is beyond annoying when it’s 2023. 5. They are ALWAYS accepting new patients, meaning you will never get an appointment at the time you want and you’ll again be waiting in their waiting for every. 6. Kid sick on the weekend and you’re concerned? Have no fear, they won’t redirect your phone call to their third party service. No, they will make you listen to the voice recording that tells you the number that you need to write down and call. 7. What’s the big deal? You call the number provided, no problem right? Wrong. That person who answers will relay the wrong info to the doctor or you will get disconnected AND they won’t call back lol. Hope your kid isn’t dying. 8. I’m sure there’s more. But as someone whose parent has gone here when they were a child and I went my whole childhood and my 8 month old goes here now, I’m just letting you know this is only going to get worse. So just go elsewhere if you want to save yourself frustrating days for 18 years. Good luck if you go there!"

"Dr. Geller and the staff at NPG have been nothing short of amazing. They answer your questions and don't make you feel crazy for asking them. They always try to get you in same day if possible. Their on call staff on weekends or after hours are just as helpful. Dr. Geller also takes the time to reach out to new moms to make sure that they're doing okay. They were quick with calling us with any test results that they received. I feel very confident and comfortable with choosing this practice as my son's pediatrician!"

"I had my son transfered to this Doctor's office and I scheduled his first appointment pretty far in advance, not by choice. I didn't get a call to notify me of the upcoming appointment, which I missed. So I called to set something up and the lady I spoke with was very rude and not very understanding. I said I wouldn't have missed his first appointment, She said well we dont just randomly schedule appointments.I never received a call confirming it was even coming up. She said well he can't be seen his appointment was missed, as she proceeded to tell me there short staffed so my letter hasn't been sent out yet. Well I'm guessing I didn't get my confirmation phone call for my appointment for the same reason... I'm actually glad my son won't be seen here. Makes sense why there short staffed."

"My baby has been seen by multiple doctors at the Norwich location since her birth and one as an emergency when she had a problem. I have been impressed by the kindness and professionalism shown by all. The staff are friendly and the office is clean. Dr. Richard Geller has a great sense of humor and does a great job of making my daughter and myself feel comfortable. I feel like they listen when I ask questions instead of just "dismissing" me."
