"Used Anna's limo service to/from JFK. My ride down, with Sue, was absolutely amazing. She understood social cues - spoke when the timing felt right, gave me moments of solitude, etc. She ensured I was comfortable with music and temperature options, provided water if thirsty. A true 10/10 experience with her, if you can request her, do it! I will say.... my ride back was less amazing. This wasn't due to the immense traffic or limitations at the airport. It was mostly due to my driver thinking he knew the roads better than Google Maps and Waze. His multiple decisions to go against the GPS added about 30 minutes to our commute. He did so in Queens, in the Bronx, in Rye/Port Chester, and missed the 684 exit. I don't know what he was doing on his tablet there that he'd pick off the passenger seat and check something, but if that was giving him alternative directions, he should've just stuck to the directions on his dashboard. Everytime he made a decision to do his own thing, I'd look down at my phone (running Waze) and his dash and see the timing go up and up and up. Picked up at 4:16pm//dropped off 6:40pm. If we followed GPS, would've been home at 6:15 at the latest. Also, whereas Sue asked me about music, temperature, water, etc at multiple intervals - I don't recall him doing any of this. In fact, I remember calling my husband, and he didn't turn down the music volume. It wasn't impossible to talk on the phone, but I'd say it's a common courtesy to any passenger to indicate that you see them on the phone by lowering the music, even if by a decibel. I'd use Anna's again to see if that ride back was just a fluke. However, I may just use them for a ride down, and then take an uber over to family in the Bronx as a return option. If it weren't for Sue, this would be a 2 or 3 star review."

"Unfortunately, the drivers are very reckless. I had one if their vehicles cut me off at a green arrow nearly causing an accident, then further up the road the driver nearly drove on the sidewalk in order to cut off about a dozen more vehicles. Very dangerous driving practices."

"If you go round-trip to the airport and back, make sure you ask for the total price after all is said and done. They don't clearly explain that for round-trips, they will charge you separately for going down and going back. Very deceiving. After calling to clarify the separate charges, which amounted to double what was expected, Robert was very condescending on the phone. Definitely won't be using their service again. Drivers were great, but the way pricing is explained, is very deceiving."
