"HORRIBLE service. If could give this company zero stars I would. I called for a taxi ride I needed a ride down the road . I only had a $20 bill on me which she knew i only had cash. She took the$ 20 said next time she would give me the change she owed me. Well she lied. I saw her a few months later and she said said she doesn't carry cash on her.. ???? What?? This is a business. They are very shady people trying to make a buck off of other people. DON'T USE THEM!!!! They still owe me $."

"Zero stars -- called and ordered a cab for 8:30. Double checked that they understood. No show, no call. Called them 10 times, no answers left messages, no call backs. Terrible reliability"

"What a loser this guy is, don't bother calling. Called today (ignoring prior reviews) and he said a cab would be at my house at 12:30 - no show. I called at 12:45 asking where he was & whoever answered the phone said "Oh he's not there yet? I'll call you right back." No call back & now calls are going to voicemail."

"If it was possible I would give this company 0 Stars. I called 45 minutes ago now and they told me it would be 15 to 25 minutes before they were here. No one has shown up and I tried to give them a call but they didn't pick up. Will never be using this company again and I suggest you do the same."

"I would not even give this company a 1 star. Called on behalf of an elderly couple. Made clear our location. Was told 25-30 minutes. Nobody showed up. I called repeatedly 8 more times after that 30 minutes, NO ANSWER! Meanwhile this elderly couple are waiting.... next thing I know... this poor couple are hobbling down route 7. I would have givin them a ride myself in a heartbeat if I wasnt working. NEVER EVER AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED! I hope those poor people get home safely."
