"l am a regular customer at this supermarket. I was making a huge purchase that required me to take three separate trips. On the second time through the register, the cashier Lourdes was incredibly rude to me. She then refused to tell me her name when I wanted to complain to the supervisor. I ended up leaving my full shopping cart there at the register and leaving. I returned to find out her name and complain to the supervisor, Edo, who just threw up his hands as if to say there's nothing he can do to prevent his employees from belittling paying customers."
