"This is my "go to" Target when I need something extremely last minute that can't be provided within a timely manner via Amazon or any other neighborhood store. I would recommend going as soon as they open, because the store is quieter and you have a better chance at finding a Target staff member to assist you with opening any items you may need that are locked up in cabinets. (keyword: a better chance which means that there is still a chance of you not finding anyone who is able to assist you with unlocking the cabinets) However, I understand the the reasoning behind a lot of the items being locked up, but once the store becomes busier it becomes even harder to find an associate to assist you. Also, during busier hours you may encounter customers causing a scene. I witnessed a customer slamming glasses plates and vases onto the ground in which the customer was able to walk freely out of the store, because there wasn't any security personnel around. (Although multiple staff members and asset protection did approach the scene) No one asked any of the nearby customers if they were okay as glass flew in the direction that many of us were either walking near or standing within close proximity."
"The Checkout staff is very ghetto. The team they have there do not work together & today 1/11/2024 I came and asked a simple question to the woman working checkout with the brown and blonde wig and the lip piercing and I was totally disregarded. She gave me ridiculous attitude, mind you she didn’t comprehend what I was asking AT ALL she just sent me somewhere else so she wouldn’t have to deal with me. I was in the middle of a sentence and due to her poor comprehension skills she walked away from me in mid sentence due to frustration. After this she walked over to security and started talking about me loud and obnoxiously. There is a level of professionalism that should be held no matter where you work and this location needs to evaluate their workers before they start to loose customers. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE!"
"I came to view the reviews about this target location after noticing the obvious in the store - while the self checkout lines say they are for 10 items or less, they have been closed for the past week in lieu of allowing customers to utilize a cashier. I think having more cashiers is a great idea, as most days, I’d rather have a human ring my items up rather than a computer because it creates more jobs. However, there simply aren’t enough employees to man all of the checkout lanes in the store. In order for this to work, you need capable employees who want people to utilize cashiers. There’s just not enough. Also, Target needs baggers or have the cashier do the bagging like Trader Joe’s does downstairs. The lines there are always efficient no matter how long they look. The bigger thing is - because the self-checkout lines are completely closed off, this looks more like a war on “shrink”. If it isn’t, the optics certainly give that vibe. For that reason, along with basic necessities being locked up, I’ll never frequent this store again even though I have since they opened and only live 2 blocks away. Target really has screwed this up."
"Update: 11/17/23 My go to Target since it's closer to my work location. They are also convenient to go to and have other stores and benefits in the mall area. The focus is on this Target store, so I won't mention the other stores and goodies around but you will find out when you visit. Kelan who went to get me a cart and the lovely young lady who assisted me yesterday at the register made this particular visit super cool and less stressful. I had a long day at work and decided to go to Target to pick up a few items! The staff are always helpful to me every time I visit, even when they are busy. From the lovely lady at the beauty section to the young man that helped with checking the prices at aisle E, you are all superstars and make my visits pleasant. Yesterday was lovely, just like all my visits there, so to anyone who has ever taken a minute to assist me in anyway, I say thank you. #Thankfuleveryday Thank you for always matching prices too! Grateful to always save some money. 6 months ago. ⬇️ I love this target! Staff is always helpful and will assist to look for items and even pull from the stockroom when not on shelf but in stock! I usually find what I need/want from there online or in-store!"
"Management is failing this Target location. They've decided to lock everything up, but there aren't nearly enough staff with keys to unlock the cases. There are never enough cashiers, so even the self-checkout has a line 15-20 long. I'll be shopping somewhere else until you unlock the toiletries and home goods. Good riddance, Target."
