"If you would like a laughable experience, please enter at your own risk. I politely asked for a price on an iPhone repair. The man behind the counter was loud, piercing and unprofessional. I stated…are you ok buddy.? He then told me to leave and never come back. I was dumbfounded. Please never go to this hole in the wall. They are overpriced, incredibly incoherent and rude. I do though, wish we had a great place in our town to go to for Apple repair. Unfortunately, this will never be it."

"Paid for a sweatshirt a moth ago got the biggest run around ever!! Was told 3-4 days. Given multiple excuses and was strait out lied to on multiple occasions now he won't return my calls so I can get what I paid for refunded. I will be calling the better business bureau if he doesn't refund me today when I go out of my way for the 4th time since he won't return my calls!!!"

"Great experience and good service. I do alot of online shopping, and if anything doesn't work when I receive it I then drop it off and it's ship back to wherever no issues. They will even help by printing my label out for me when my printer at home doesn't work to do so. I then usually receive my return quick and fast no issues. I am glad I had discovered such a convenient drop off location right in the middle of town... Thank you!"

"I turned over my laptop to them to replace my screen. It took them three months to get the job done, they also managed to loose the charger for my laptop. When I got home I found out that my keyboard no longer worked and then brought it back to them and had to wait an additional 2 weeks. I have my laptop back now but they messed up the wifi antenna in the computer so now I only have at most 2 bars on my wifi when I have 4 on my phone and tablet. In addition to this terrible job, they wouldn't answer phone calls at all- as their number is hooked up to a fax machine. Please just go to Best Buy to get your computer fixed, I could not recommend this place less."
