"absolutely time wasting. they keep you there for HOURS. when I was not feeling good, I went to the hospital and they kept me there, UNTIL 1 IN THE MORNING!"
"This is the absolute worst office I’ve ever been to!! They do not return calls, they do not send over referrals. You have to call multiple times to get them to do anything. The doctors are terrible, they have somebody else come in, check out the baby, and they can’t even answer simple questions such as: should my baby have tap water for his bottles or bottled water. Then, they have to go get the real doctor so the real doctor can come in and check the baby. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I wish I could give it a zero or negative 5-star rating. I have a physical therapist that’s been trying to reach out to them for weeks for my infant and they still haven’t responded, and that’s with me calling multiple times again. Don’t send your kid here to go to an office with a bunch of incompetent fools. The receptionists are nice though."
"These are not doctors that you are seeing. These are students. After they are done with you they go to the attending doctor to review. It is frustrating when you go there with your concerns and you leave feeling like you have not been heard. I went on 6.6.23 and was told to come back in 2 weeks. Then told to call because those staff members ( will not call them Dr. because they're not yet) will be graduating and they do not know who the new team is coming in. You cannot make an appointment with the actual doctor that is there. So now I'm faced with starting from scratch with a new student. Nope, I'm done. I'm looking for a new PCP for my family."
"I called because I am new to the area and looking for a GP. I spoke to someone on Tuesday to schedule an appointment and the receptionist told me she would call me back. On Friday, I get a text that my appointment is Monday afternoon. I did not set this appointment so when I called to reschedule, the receptionist said she would cancel the appointment and promptly hung up! I called back several times and each time, I got their voicemail. This is a subpar practice and if you're reading this, go elsewhere! I definitely will"
