"This is a store for used items mainly… however when you shop/look around they are asking for almost store pricing for used items. A pair of beat up Nikes they want $70 and up. I brought in a new purse, Michael Kors, on the larger size with tags attached ($300) and handles still covered in wrapping and the duster bag and they offered $40 and then looked at me shocked when I decided to keep it. The brand bags are behind the cashier and some are priced at $100 for USED. Imagine what they would have selled the brand new purse for. Last time I go there. You’re better off selling your stuff on FB marketplace."

"THIEVES! A week ago I took a whole bag of clothes to the sale. they only took one pair of pants. today I looked in my bag and it turned out that my dress with tag had been stolen! I do not recommend!"

"They ask for certain things to donate and deny them when you go to collect your offer. Then take the jacket off the list if you have too many of them.. you’re wasting people’s time. They’re an overpriced thrift store at best"

"One of the most disrespectful and unprofessional businesses I have come across. I came within the stores buying hours after I called to confirm they were buying. I drove an hour to get here and when I arrived they said they stopped buying early. I explained that I had called just an hour ago to confirm before I got in my car to come and they pretty much ignored me. This is not how a business should be run and it’s embarrassing to act that way to customers."

"Used clothing store on Route 46 in Fairfield. The line to buy back used clothes was long and the kiosk said 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon. There are about 20 racks of clothes 70% women’s and 30% men’s. Lots and lots of shoes and accessories as well. Prices are reasonable for used clothes. Staff were busy and helpful. Would come back again."
