"Horrible people Been going there for many years and when Dr. Huffnagle and Dr. Fraelich were there, it was a different practice. Now you have completely rude office staff, who could care less about the kids and only about insurance and billing I cannot believe the treatment I received, and I don't know which doctor overseas this practice, but they should be ashamed of themselves I don't want to hear that College age student can't see a pediatrician and if they're sick, go to urgent care I'm going to send the voicemail that I received from the office manager To the state board of pediatrics in Connecticut and the AMA and let's see what they have to say about this"

"Advice from experience - don't arrive early or on time, you will probably be waiting in the parking lot with your sick and irritable child for 30+ minutes."

"I do not recommend this practice. We have consistently encountered issues with courtesy from the nursing staff, and the doctors often seem rushed to leave the examination room. After a recent visit to the Ridgefield office, where my child was diagnosed with a double ear infection, there was no follow-up from his primary pediatrician at the Wilton office. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up has occurred before. Moreover, we experienced a disproportionate focus on billing; for instance, we received multiple calls over an outstanding balance of $25. There is more emphasis on billing than patient care/ During the Thanksgiving break, we scheduled a last-minute appointment. The on-call pediatrician immediately referred us to a higher level of care without thoroughly addressing our concerns, which turned out to be unnecessary after a proper diagnosis. Based on these experiences, I recommend considering other practices."

"I'm really disappointed with the quality of care this practice has provided. The nurses are rude, the doctors are always in a hurry to leave the room. They lack compassion, and follow through - if we are ever referred to the ER or any higher level of care, they never follow up, but will call right away for a $20 copay. I tried to speak to the office manager to discuss my concerns, the response was, sorry we were not a good fit. No attempts were made to remedy the issue. I 100% do not recommend this practice to anyone. I am only giving one star because zero stars is not an option."

"Do not recommend. I would bring my child to any place but here. There is no sense of urgency. One older nurse is rude to patients. The office manager would rather be anywhere but in the office. The office is incapable of sending prescriptions to pharmacy’s. You would like to think that a pediatrician office is there for the kids, but this office just wants the money. They sent me a bill that my insurance already covered. Just a mess. Stay far away."
