"What happened to the quality? I had to return two candles because the scent did not match the label. Another candle would not stay lit. Now I have another candle only one third used and it will not stay lit. These were not seconds but the are definitely second quality. I have never had do many problems with their products. Yes they are great about returns but I don't want to keep going back to return."

"Went to purchase flowers but majority of them were dried out or dying. Even their plants did not look so healthy. We decided to look inside the shop. Was just as disappointed. I am not accustomed to so much clutter and that's what it looked like inside. The floors were too creaky wood when walking and the shelves were way too overstocked that merchandise were piled on top one another. Lots of dust on items and shelves which made us leave as we don't like the idea of rummaging through containers or digging through merchandise to search beneath for different styles. It was quite muggy in there as well. Sorry but maybe we don't frequent small towns often and not accustomed to these types of shops."

"In the outlet store you get, well, whatever stuff is left over. Want holiday scents? Nope. Want the 3oz sampler size? Nope, only a couple of 'off-brand' scents. And, most importantly, their cash register is not programmed correctly. Know what your total should be before you ring out. And with kids on the register, don't expect them to be able to do the math, ask for the manager."
