"Dr. Jacob is nice, but the front desk is terrible, especially in appointments scheduling. When you call them, the way they are talking is very overbearing. Sometimes, they cancel the appointment if the patient is delayed 3-5 minutes; at the same time, if you come in time, you must wait 20-30 more minutes."

"Always a long wait time for appointments. Called because my daughter was sick and they told me bring her to urgent care or wait till Friday when I called on Wednesday. What is the point of having doctor if you are always told to go to the walk in. Definitely going start looking for a new doctor."

"The last two years with this office has been Mediocre at best. The office staff are not organized, short and mess up appointment dates and times frequently. Recently took my daughter to see Dr. Jacob and the way she was dressed threw my 2 year old daughter into a panic: 3 masks, gown, gloves .. the whole nine yards. And my daughter was not even sick! Not really best practice when working with young children. It seems pretty counterintuitive. I made the decision to switch pediatricians"
