The first time when we made an appointment through the phone, and I checked with front desk one day before the appointment, they told me they had rescheduled the appointment to different date (what happened if I'm not calling?) The second time, we made an infant flu shot appointment in advance, but when we showed up on time they told us they ran out of the vaccine. Overall, not recommended."
