"I had a very irritated throat that was red with a white spot. I was able to go online to "save an appointment time," so when I arrived I would not have to wait very long. My appointment was for 9:20 AM and that is when I arrived and was seen immediately. I had filled out insurance info and brieg assesment form online as well. Going to The Health Desk saved me a trip to my APRN in Glastonbury and doubtful I would have been seen that day. The Medical Assistant took my pulse, temperature and blood pressure. After telling her my symptoms she swabbed my throat for a rapid strep screen and gave me a swab to collect a nasal specimen for a rapid Covid test. Both were negative. That was all I wanted and to know if I had a fever which I did not. Had a virtual meeting with an APRN who advised me on how to treat symptoms and asked if I had questions. Very quick visit taking only minutes. I would definitely go back with minor health issues and very highly recommend it."
"only has digital care. went for uti and asked for treatment but doc turned me down, said wait for tests. std test came back positive as it obviously would and had to get treatment elsewhere because theyre closed on weekends. worse than useless"
