"My treatment experience at Whittingham has been phenomenal, I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I chose to have my surgery in NYC but definitely needed a place closer to home for oncology due to the need for frequent visits for chemo and radiation. My surgeon recommended Dr Vahdat. ALL the staff at Whittingham, from the docs to the security, reception and valet parking guys, are superb. People are friendly and seem genuinely caring. Rad onc staff are great too. Very happy with my treatment and overall experience at Whittingham."
"I don't think you can talk about a place like this by choosing how many stars it deserves. Having spent a lot of time here, I can tell you that it takes a special kind of person to work in this cancer center. Everyone, from the great/cool valet guys, to Andrea at the desk, to those who make appts, and finally to the bright, quick, brilliant oncologist(s) you meet with, everyone there is positive, caring, honest, and understand that you are afraid. Services there are exceptional and I'm proud this facility is in my backyard."
"Gave my husband quality of life. Staff has become family."
"I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was like family to me. When I walk in, I feel like I know everyone. The building recently changed, and the setting is not as cozy as it once was, however the team of oncologists, nurses and specialists work very collaboratively together, and are extremely on top of my care and very accommodating to my needs. Do not believe any of the other negative comments posted to this site--they're not true at all. Excellent facility that I highly recommend, especially for breast cancer patients. Dr. Zelcowitz is amazing."
"The energy here was completely robotic. Visited this place with a family member today and not only was the wait a ridiculous lengthy amount of time but the employees were insanely unprofessional. For people who might be dealing with a lot in life regarding health, hence the reason for the visit in the first place, these people have no regard for their patients. While my sister was talking with her doctor I over heard some of the women employees chatting and gossiping and being insanely judge mental about her situation like a bunch of high school kids. It was disgusting. Beside those foolish women who seem like they hate their job the doctor, Dr.Rutherford, performed a very rushed job. His partner/assistant was also apart of the tomfoolery going on between the staff. My sister will be switching doctors as soon as possible. Awful, time-wasting place."
