"Star treatment and 5 star review. I chose to have my second hair restoration FUE procedure with Dr. Kilner at Ziering Medical in the Connecticut office. My first FUE procedure was done with Ziering medical in the New York office on June 24th , 2021 after several years of searching for the best hair transplant doctors. Dr. Ziering’s team did an amazing job and the results were beyond my expectations. I received 2100 grafts for the first procedure. I went in knowing I would do a second FUE, as I was basically bald in the front and top. The goal for the second procedure was to build more volume. At my initial consultation with Dr. Zeiring , Dr. Kilner and Jen, in September 2022 in the Connecticut office, they broke down what I would be able to achieve for my second procedure and what outcome I could expect. I immediately booked the procedure. When i arrived at Ziering Medical in Connecticut for my procedure on December 20th, 2022, Dr. Kilner walked me through the whole process in great detail and what to expect every step of the way. The goal was to get 1500 plus grafts. She, along with her amazing team, made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the entire day. I have to say that I was treated like a star from the second I walked in. The entire process took about 8 hours hours but it did not feel that long at all. Dr. Kilner, the team and I talked and joked around the whole day, which made the day fly by. To top off a great day, Jen hooked me up with a 5 star Hotel, that is within close proximity of the office, so I could stay the night close by and return the next morning for the follow up. I can’t thank Dr. Kilner, Snakmika and Shaniqua and Jen enough for all they did for me and I can’t wait to see the results. Jen Amato, since day one, has kept in contact with me and she was always quick to get back to me to answer any of my questions. "26 year old male with Male Pattern Baldness. FUE procedure. I started losing my hair sometime during my undergrad time and went right to work remotely during COVID and I had a lot of time to stress and research about hair loss and Ziering Medical was the name I keep hearing great things about. I’m lucky enough to live in CT so getting to the office was simple but it really is the choice for those of us who simply just aren’t sure where they will feel safe and comfortable. Jen Amado was really great she would always be able to talk me through anything I was confused on whether it was the procedure or something else. The team that did my procedure was perfect and the atmosphere was laid back because of the level of experience they had together which made for a fun time. Dr. Kinler was really interesting and informative. In total, she moved 2,158 grafts to the front portion of my head and I did the wash the next day and was able to go out without my head being noticed 7 days later. I’d say having a helping hand to get you through the couple weeks after is important just because it can be hard to sleep and what not, easy for the recovery program to feel like a lot but it’s really simple. I also didn’t even have to take the painkillers provided for the post-op! It’s been a little over 5 weeks and my hairs back to normal after a haircut and will have the next few months to watch and see how it grows in.
