"I absolutely love this laboratory! Quest used to be the "go-to", but have been severely lacking in all areas the past few years. Middlesex is the place to go for a stress-free blood draw. They are organized and clean. Their staff is ALWAYS polite, and they actually keep their staff because I see the same smiling faces every time I go! I've yet to deal with a single rude person at this laboratory! Their sign in process makes things move faster, and I'm usually always out in less than 15 minutes. I'm never stressed going to this laboratory because they are consistently excellent."
"Clean facilities and friendly and efficient staff and only a minimal wait time. BUT, some better signage would be nice for someone who has never been here like me. You have numerous signs with building numbers and names but none of them have one that says "LAB" with your specific address number? Or a sign that says "LAB located INSIDE Cancer Center"."
