"I have been using this cleaners for years now and have always been happy with service and pricing. Owner is super friendly and very accommodating. Recently I noticed they cleaned suede boots. I had a pair I was going to throw out because they had so much ground in salt from the winter. They were actually hard. To my very pleasant surprise, I just picked them up and they look almost brand new. Very happy with outcome. Highly reccomend."
"I brought in a pair of tin cloth overalls that cost $450 to get to get the bottom hemmed that’s it nothing else. If you don’t know what tin cloth is it’s cloth infused with wax that cannot be washed. So I went to pick up the overalls An know they washed them. So I asked an of course they got very defensive and swore they did not wash them but they ruined a $450 pair of overalls that will never be what they were meant to be. They did not even try to make a customer feel better about the situation. Unbelievable I would never recommend these people to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever seen!!!!"

"I've tried all of the dry cleaners in New Canaan and always come back to Professional Touch just down 123 in Norwalk. They're the only ones who do business shirts the way my husband likes them, and they're always very friendly and helpful when either he or I stop in. They just replaced buttons on a shirt of mine that had been refused at a New Canaan location where they told me I must find the buttons and bring them in for them to sew on. Prices are in line with other dry cleaners in the area. I recommend!"
