"They are thieves and not professional. My purple heart uncle dies 2 years ago and left a hoarder house. There was also a water pipe break between floors 1&2. They cleaned out the house in more ways than one. They stole jewelry and an antique Queen Ann secretary that they said they had in storage. They also took my uncles sniper rifle and gave us a bebe gun 22 instead. Brian speaks of have a blessed day always. He is a blasphemous liar and a crook. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They are liars, cheats and thieves who overprice storage and steal your belongings. I would not be surprised if they had a shop where they sold these items. 26 Lycett Street in Bridgeport was the address in case some are wondering if this is a fake review."

"Crystal Restoration performed a mold remediation for us in a house that we purchased that had been vacant for a few months. There was mold in the kitchen, attic and basement. My allergies told me something was wrong the first night we slept there. We got estimates from 6 different companies and the costs were all over the place. It took several weeks for us to make a decision, but once we did, Crystal did what they do best - they got rid of ALL the mold. It was tricky because we wanted to keep as much of the kitchen in tact as possible. They did a really nice job surgically removing everything that had to go, while keeping most of it in tact. We had a pipe burst while we were out of town and Brian and his team were at the house starting remediation within a couple of hours of getting the call. They spent about a week at our house ripping out everything that got wet - ceilings, drywall, insulation, etc. We were not there to monitor the work, nor did we feel we needed to be there.
