"Lisa checked me in promptly and was very pleasant for the intake process. Lynda V and Jordan were also fantastic, and had me in and out of the MRI and dressed and out within 15 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience and I was happy that I switched to them at the last moment."

"Had the most comfortable mammogram ever today! Front desk was polite, sweet and efficient. Kathy who took the pictures (mammogram) was warm and made me feel comfortable. After years of feeling like meat on a slab, this was a very humanizing experience."

"Knocking off a star due to how little parking there was near the E entrance, and for the fact that I was told to go to suite 107 (with incorrect directions on how to get to it) only for them to tell me no, go back to suite 112 right by the entrance. However, the check-in process was quick and painless, there was a very short wait time, and Caitlin the ultrasound tech was super friendly and personable. So overall I’d recommend them!"

"I had a great experience getting my MRI this morning! That sounds bizarre to say - who enjoys going to the doctors to be put into a small tube for 30 minutes? I've been having spikes in my liver enzymes over the past year so my Gastro ordered a liver MRI to hopefully get some more answers. I was slightly nervous this morning, not knowing what to expect but DARLENE and LINDA were FANTASTIC. Darlene was with me start to finish and Linda helped with the physical MRI. They we're both comforting the entire time, making sure I even had my earplugs in and my 80's music to listen to while in the tube (lol). Darlene was informative, funny, personable, and overall just an absolute gem. I'm a diabetic, and just had a baby back in April so I see a lot of different offices, Doctors and specialists through Nuvance - Darlene has got to be one of the best in the entire tree. The front desk receptionist was also quick to get me checked in (I'm sorry, I forgot her name). I only waited in the waiting room for a few minutes. Hopefully I do not need to come back here for anything, but need be i know I'll be in good hands!"

"Nov 20, 2023 I had appointments for Bone Density and Breast Imaging. Check In was a bit slow but when completed the Bone density team was ready for me; technicians were very friendly, helpful and test was completed as expected. Breast Imaging was done next by Kathy, who was prepared for me and helped me to relax during the test. Several pictures were taken in different positions and Kathy tried to make me comfortable. I am breast cancer survivor and always feel anxious,, she was sensitive to that and very supportive during the time we were together."
