"Nothing but good things to say about AI. We learned that it's a team effort when it comes to treating anxiety. The parent meetings were a new approach that we hadn't seen in previous programs. Our daughter loved the art and exercise classes. Thank you so much for your care."
"I’ve attended the intensive outpatient program at Anxiety Institute for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). From the moment I walked through those doors, each staff member was so welcoming and understanding of what I was going through. They stuck by my side each step of the way. OCD treatment is a process that takes time and most importantly, it’s not easy. The AI staff was so helpful in guiding me through each stage of treatment. Anxiety Institute really conveyed their understanding that each client’s treatment journey is going to be different by tailoring the program to ensure each client receives the best possible treatment. Although Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy was scary, the AI staff helped motivate me to engage in this treatment where I learned that it can be extremely beneficial in the recovery process."
"The Anxiety Institute's treatment methods, particularly the focus on exposures and behavioral activation, stands apart from any other program or therapy I've experienced. I appreciated the tailored, proactive approach to care, as well as the collaboration among all team members involved. The environment here is uplifted by the genuine kindness and support from everyone, clinicians included. I found the parental guidance sessions to be invaluable, and the inclusion of art and fitness therapies was a refreshing and effective addition to the program. The experience here is distinctly personalized, enabling a deeper understanding and more effective management of anxiety compared to other facilities. The staff is not only skilled but also easily relatable, making the therapeutic journey all the more engaging. Thank you Anxiety Institute!"
"This place could be okay for patients with mild OCD. Our son has extreme OCD. Personally, AI was aggressive in getting our money and did not provide results. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Patients are not first - making money is first for this organization. Once they took (without insurance) our money, we rarely heard from the lead of this organization. Look at where they are located…in high per capita areas. Money is their priority."
"Might be good for anxiety but if you are dealing with severe OCD count this place out. My daughter had a pretty awful experience here. From being told she needed to be inpatient and if she didn’t eat, the hospital would put a feed tube in. That doesn’t sound very therapeutic when dealing with a young person afraid of germs. When we said inpatient wasn’t right for her right now, they discontinued treatment and dropped her before we could find an OCD specialist. They may have done more harm then good."
