"I’m not even sure if this practice has a location at this address, but I’m posting the review here as this is the address I was given. I meant to write a review of this place because I saw/was in contact with two therapists at this practice and felt it was important to share my experience. I initially saw a therapist here who was not a good fit for me for more than one reason, but one of these reasons is that she only offered remote sessions and she chose to use FaceTime as a therapy platform. The fact that there are still many workers who refuse to go back to providing in-person services can be impractical to say the least (especially in the healthcare industry) and I found the use of FaceTime as a therapy platform to be highly unideal. However, here is my biggest issue with this practice. After expressing my desire for in-person sessions, I was satisfied to be referred to another therapist at the practice who offered in-person sessions. After setting up an appointment with her at this address, I showed up to the address only to not be able to find the practice, and be met with silence and left in the dark after trying to contact her. It has been more than two days since our appointment and I have not heard back from her about our missed appointment. What kind of a practice is this? I wish I had positive things to say about this therapy practice as I wanted to have hope, but unfortunately I was let down. Very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least."
