"I am not one to leave a public online review, especially when it concerns my child's medical record, but I feel it's my duty to report this "care" provider. In short, she was rude, condescending, and just plain mean to my daughter who left in tears. CT Children's and Nurse Conley should be ashamed and embarrassed. What's more is even after she realized she made my daughter cry and changed her tone drastically she NEVER once apologized or empathized with her. Nurse Conley, you should be ashamed and consider a career in research because dealing with young patients is NOT your forte."

"Reported my daily symptoms I had been experiencing to this APRN and she completely dismissed them, telling me I "seemed like a healthy girl". I went to another APRN for a second opinion, told them the exact same symptoms, and sure enough they were able to diagnose me after doing some testing. I am now on a treatment plan, however it's disappointing when a provider dismisses symptoms and therefore makes patients suffer longer than they need to. Find someone who really listens to the symptoms you are reporting- they probably mean something!"
