"My pcp is great here but the administrative nurses are now no longer answering new messages on MyChart despite apparently pushing for people to use the app. What is their plan if someone is mute or nonverbal for a multitude of reasons? I have enough anxiety messaging and choosing my words carefully through text. Calling and waiting and making appointments over phone can be really stressful!"
"Very very rude administrative assistant for this practioner just told me I HAD TO LOG ONTO ICHART TO GET TEST RESULTS AND A NOTE FROM MY NURSE PRACTIONER AFTER I TOLD HER I DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO OR USE ICHART. SHE SAID I WOULD SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO ICHART ONCE I LOGGED ON. I love my nurse practioner at this location. She has always been kind and considerate but this admin should be fired. Total lack of caring and respect for patients!"
