In fact they tell you they can't figure it out, and they send these things to Denver to be further examined, but then they forget to send it to Denver. They WILL find a way to get $ from you, insurance coverage or not. Not impressive, in fact slimy, Greenwich folks who only care about getting $ from you, not your well being.
