"Dr.Reynold is the BEST! I stopped coming to them for years because I felt they didn’t take my issues seriously. But since I’ve had this beautiful black woman Dr.Reynolds I finally feel like someone cares about my health issues and she has been AMAZING in every aspect ! I give her these 5 stars. I hope she stays there!"
"If this is the office located at fifth street, this is a very clean office they treat patience very respectfully. Never had an appointment canceled without notifying me. Front desk clerks always helpfully once you enter the front desk they acknowledge you and let you know they will be with you in a moment. I never in this center or the one on Franklin street been rude to anyone. I will said they are very polite, knowledgeable of their Job. They do the extra milage to help patience. I believe when people make negative complaints about the office and their staff members is, reality some people unfortunately does not have patience, some of them are not morning people, others they thinks had to be there one way street,if not, there is problem. And it's normal come across with difficult people. This people who jump into an elevator don't even make eye contact or said good morning and If you said so,they not even answer back the good morning. Unfurtunated this individuals had their own battles, but they didn't know how to fight those battles and they are, frustrated, with it them self. Affecting them in relationships with society."
"My dad loves his doctor here. When she doesn't have time to speak to him, another doctor always calls when they say they will. The staff here are overworked and underpaid, and I've only had a good experiences with them going out of their way to help people. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I see the fault more in our country's effed up health care system than these group of folks trying to do their jobs in less-than-ideal conditions."
"This doctor and office work tirelessly to earn their bad reviews. To start, the doctor is among the rudest and most unconcerned professionals I’ve ever met and easily wins the distinction of worst medical doctor I’ve ever interacted with. Regardless, a referral request was supposedly submitted to be processed immediately by her staff within a day or two. After five days of waiting I began to call, getting the runaround each time. After learning the names of each of the individual staff members and their assigned roles and supervisory responsibilities in processing that referral, I began to ask for them by name. I still got the runaround and never once got anyone except the receptionist to pick up the phone. By the time seven days had passed, I gave up and managed to find a specialist who would see me without the referral. Three weeks after the initial visit, I finally received a voicemail from the office about getting me into a specialist. The referral had not even been processed yet—it was just a call about maybe doing that. In the time it took this doctors’ office to finally take a look at a piece of paper, I had gotten my own specialist appointment and completed the consultation, scheduled and received an MRI, scheduled a consultation with a second related specialist, and scheduled surgery. This place is useless."
"Very unprofessional in many ways. I brought my special needs daughter who recently turned 21 to one of their female gynecologists. After the exam my daughter got dressed, the nurse told us to have a nice day and we left. The doctor never told us to wait, that she had a prescription for blood work and wanted to talk to us. Several times she flew in and out of the room. We got home and I found a message on my answering machine telling me all of this. I called back immediately but kept getting the same stupid recording telling us our call was very important and to keep holding. This was around 4:30 pm. I checked their hours on my mobile phone and found out they close at 4:30 pm after holding on the landline phone for over a half hour! Now what? The last time we were there we had a 2:30 pm appointment and waited until 3:00 pm before getting up and leaving because not only did no one come out to apologize for the wait, they didn't like the fact I was annoyed! Try showing up a half hour late to an appointment. They would never see you, but it's ok for them to do that. Totally unprofessional."
