"Dentist Jessica B is the worst of the worst. She is very unprofessional, no compassion at all with kids on the spectrum. “No Autism awareness “She was getting very frustrated with my granddaughter and totally dismissed when I tried to reiterate her diagnosis. She was yelling telling my granddaughter that she was going to scare the other kids at the clinic. She can definitely make you and the kids feel very uncomfortable.My granddaughter gets very scare every time we go near Cornell Scott thanks yo Jessica B!"
"The pharmacy service is horrible. It’s very difficult to speak to anyone there. I’ve been waiting over a week for a prescription and the worker that I finally get to speak to there was so rude in our tone when she was speaking to me, you guys must do better people come there because they’re sick not because they’re feeling well."
"Uneducated, rude, and shameful dermatology staff you have on sight. Waited 6 months to be told there was nothing she could do to help, after not even letting me speak and making me feel crazy. Don’t you think you should have more compassionate staff, let alone doctors that can SPELL???"
"The pharmacy service is horrible. Now they require you to grab a number and wait what ever amount of time they need for you to come to a window and ask if they have your meds. Then you have to wait again for the prescription to be filled. Dont have a number? don't come to the window because they will not answer any type of question. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that the doctor had not send the prescription. Then I had to grab another number to check if they got it again. What a waste of everyone's time. Most ridiculous system ever."
