"ONS Urgent Ortho Care is a great option on a weekend to get an x-ray, because they are COVID19 safe and have a quick waiting room, but, warning, they don't guarantee you'll see a doctor. Unfortunately, we have had to visit ONS Urgent Ortho Care twice this year. The first time, we called at 4pm on a Friday and saw an orthopedist at 5pm. It was a very good experience. This time, I called at 4pm on a Friday and made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. They explained it was for their urgent care, and I accepted. What I didn't know, was that it meant we were seen by a PA and not an orthopedist. PA's are valuable members of the medical community, but after an x-ray, she recommended that we make an appointment with an orthopedist. I am frustrated that I wasted a Saturday afternoon, because I thought I had made an appointment with an orthopedist. I may have missed it, but they don't say on their website that you may not be seen by an orthopedist. If you think you need to see an orthopedist, make an appointment elsewhere."
