"The doctors here are fine but the front desk is truly the worst group - its almost like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. If you ever need a form for school or medical records, it will take MONTHS of follow up, they aren't user friendly at all. There are so many better options out there that will make your life way easier. We changed practices just because they were so difficult and rude. Would not recommend."

"We are so happy we found this practice! Dr. Mehra has been our son’s doctor since birth and she is always caring and knowledgeable. On occasion we have seen Dr. Schiz as well who is also delightful and proficient. We never have to wait for appointments and the nursing staff there is absolutely wonderful. I also love the proximity and connection to Greenwich Hospital for emergencies/ extended care."

"Stay far away from this medical practice. The front desk staff and all staff there are an absolute nightmare. They are unbelievably rude, insensitive and condescending to patients. They walk around with self righteous power trips as if they are all that. NOT!!!! We’ve been seeing the doctors there for many years and I am speechless by the horrid downturn the staff has taken in the past few years. All those staff members should find a new line of work because they are all medical frauds."

"I started with this office 17 years ago because Dr Hedrick was highly recommended to me. Indeed he was an amazing pediatrician and such a kind person. The office staff was already bad then but i was willing to accept their behavior because of Dr Hedrick. Unfortunately he retired. We moved to another Dr who now has disappeared since Covid started. Since then we saw several drs for minor issues. One of them was absolutely terrible. She requested a ridiculous number of tests when i brought my son who was complaining of a backache (probably induced by his sport) and actually suggested my son had gangrene! We still laugh about it now though of course i never ask for that dr. Meanwhile the attitude of the office staff has worsened. For our last visit we were told to wait in the stairways (full of patients on a very humid and hot summer day). When i complained about it one of the staff member rudely told me I was too close to a patient in the empty waiting room. In addition my daughter’s annual physical was canceled that day without warning. I actually received a confirmation text at 12:30 that day. When i pointed that out to them i was told i needed to clear my mailbox so they could leave me a message. Never mind that they could have sent me a text or call my husband or house number. Or that they actually confirmed by tect 3 hours prior! I could tale this kind of non sense for Dr Hedrick but not for the gangrene dr…"
