"I would give zero Stars if possible the level of unprofessionalism was ridiculous to be talked down to by reception and told I had to wait another three and a half hours after waiting a 3 1/2 hours is moronic. Then she says Reliant Medical Group just gives misinformation to mess with ReadyMed. Clearly this woman needs to be fired!!! Building was at max capacity too so they were making sick people stand!!!"

The NP was compassionate and thorough. I received a Nebulizer treatment, chest X-ray and script for medication for asthma. Her kindness, sense of humor, and professionalism was amazing. Thankful"

"Im super dissapointed on how my 2 year old was turned away after we waited a hour they watched him cry as he waited a hour! To be turned away saying his insurance isnt covered!! You need a better system i understand you dont take all insurances but most urgent care places have a real person checking you in to tell you right then and there if a insurance is not covered.. and im shocked you turn away children on masshealth when your website says you take masshealth!!!!!!"

"Went to ReadyMed yesterday after not being able to keep food down all week. I've lost weight but still felt bloated somehow. Symptoms started months ago though and have gotten progressively worse over time. I explained my symptoms (being so hungry I'm nauseated...but every time I try to eat I'm full after only a few bites, even though I'm starving, only to wind up feeling overfull and then vomiting it up. As good still. Not even digested. Been constipated as well. It's gotten to the point I wasn't even able to keep applesauce down hence me being there. Thing is, I was NOT taken seriously. Immediately, when asked if I smoke pot, and I said yes ...I started smoking after the symptoms started ...before it got this bad....as I thought the nausea was just stress or anxiety related and thought using Marijuana would help with my appetite (it has). Immediately he dove into a lecture about how weed is just as bad as cigarettes, causes cancer and everything else, and that's why I'm sick. Reminded him I started smoking AFTER the symtoms started (not having smoked for a while beforehand) and it's not exactly often either...but he wasn't hearing it. The judgement!!! Your personal opinions of things should NOT interfere with your practice. I felt judged and not taken seriously the second I admitted to smoking to alleviate symptoms....a month AFTER the symptoms started. Not daily, either. I mean... who can afford that??!! Just instant lecture and immediate dismissal of my symptoms. Completely ignoring the fact and dismissing me reminding him that I started smoking AFTER the symptoms started. If I could give less than one star, I would. The rest of the staff was professional and kind. UPDATE: I HAVE GASTROPARESIS!!! SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SUING. THAT POS WASTE OF A MAN SHOULD NOT HAVE A MEDICAL LICENSE!!!"
