"CHECK YOUR INSURANCE SERVICE STATEMENTS BEFORE giving them the checks. There were dates that I was NEVER there but my insurance was charged, and I did not know until I actually went through them. Awesome service but this fraud is unacceptable. Update after receiving reply: how do you know who I am? You’re saying I’m not a client “upon checking” and then you’re “unsure” again. Just posting this here to remind clients to check their statements… many are probably fine with this since they’re not the ones paying for it anyways. Just pointing this out without showing who I am for protection reasons. And honestly you guys have great service just please stop this"

"Very caring staff! Felt cared for from the moment I walked in to the second I left. Dr. Bae and Dr. Kwon are both very skilled practitioners and really take the time to LISTEN to you before trying to care for you. I never felt rushed and never felt uncomfortable. If I am honest, I never tried acupuncture before and I was scared of needles. But Dr. Ellen Bae is very gentle and I did not even feel anything during the acupuncture, not even a pinch! The massage was amazing, you should ask for Jay or Vivi! They are extremely strong and really got into all of my knots. Will be coming back for twice a week appointments!"
