"If I could I would give this place ZERO STARS. Such horrible customer service. I started getting laser done, all paid for. I go in for my 2nd appointment at the Staten Island location and when I got there the whole room is empty, everything was gone. I was not told once that this location is closing or any accommodations will be done. I have been calling the heartless, disgusting owner of the salon and no answer. She literally ran away with my money. Do not I repeat DO NOT go to this salon unless you want money taken away from you and not being provided with the services. Horrible place, disgusting and shameful. Money stealing owner."

"I have been in there for 4 treatments of hair removal and still no change but there were nice enough to tell me they are giving me 4 extra at no cost since not a single hair have been removed , so short story I had Covid and cancelled my appointment no answer , I called already 3 more times to reschedule with no luck at all !! Horrible place bad business !!"
