"Your urgent care is a hidden gem. Going elsewhere may take hours to see a doctor. At your site it could be less then an hour. Your staff are courteous. My only issue that although there are not many people waiting, we are sometimes waiting without knowing why it is taking so long to see a doctor."

"Presumably people go to urgent care because they feel pretty awful. This place forces you to wait outside, no list, no sign up and wait in your cars. Just wait in the cold feeling like death or lose your place. Skeleton crew, one doctor, it will take at least 1-2 hrs just to get in."
