"Large network of doctors which has pros and cons. We have Dr. Hewitt as primary. Her office is top notch! We followed her from Chapel which was a smaller practice. Most of the doctors are very thorough when we can’t see Hewitt. Front desk is okay. Hit or miss with providing customer service but for the most part they acknowledge you as soon as you come through the doors."

"As long as you're on time, you're able to be seen and receive good service. The waiting area is very kid friendly and vibrant. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the doctors and the nurses. Some of the clerks at the front can be a little short and not as helpful and pleasant. However, the ones who are helpful are awesome."

"My daughter is sick and they have us waiting for over 2 hours to get seen by a Dr. We had an appointment and still they made us wait… in an EMPTY waiting room. The most horrible experience I’ve had."
