"I am a patient of Dr.Kristin MacArthur. From my very first visit with her to the present, she has always taken such good care of me. Going to the doctors can be very stressful and scary, but she has always made me feel so comfortable and I always leave my appointment feeling confident that I was given the best of care, that all of my questions and concerns were listened to and addressed, and I can move forward with a solid game plan for my health. There were even times when she had a full schedule and I came in not feeling well and she still found the time to care for me. I am so happy as a patient to have become acquainted with Dr.MacArthur, my health is definitely better because of her brilliance, attentiveness, kindness and caring for her patients."

"Dr. Miller is absolutely wonderful. She is personable, funny (she dressed as a poop emoji for Halloween) and she really knows her stuff. I have had stomach issues since childhood. I’ve gone through many GI doctors, had a colonoscopy at 21, many different tests, etc. Within a few minutes of speaking to me, she told me she thought I had celiac disease. She wouldn’t let me leave without having bloodwork right then, came back + and we confirmed with an endoscopy. I wish I had found her sooner! I highly recommend her!"

Her secretary Sandy, is equally fantastic as she always returns your call & ensures you get a visit in an appropriate time frame to see the doctor. She is always friendly."

"Dr Matloff is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to fully understand your concerns and address them. He is friendly and his staff is easy to deal with. The only negatives, and why I didn’t rate them 5 stars are that the practice closes early every day (plus for lunch), and does not have convenient hours for those of us that are employed during the day. They also seem to be behind the times when it comes to technology (no website that I could find, no way to book/reschedule online or via app, can’t pay via credit card online...although I’m told they’re working on that)."

"I have been a patient of this office for 13 years and I called today to reschedule my appointment and was told that I cannot reschedule because I have a balance of $100 stemming back from 2013 not to mention I'm on Medicaid and have been on Medicaid for years and they are insisting I pay them before I can be seen!!! I'm in total shock that after being a patient of this practice for so many that they care more about a lousy $100 than they do their patients!! This practice is awful I will never refer another person here again. I guess when it comes right down to it money is more important than their patients. It's sad how doctors put money before the health of their patients!!! Thank you Dr. Lipcam."
