"My experience there was amazing!. Me and my husband went for two vaccines. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, which is great since she is the first person that you see when you walk in (Sadly I didn't ask for her name, so sorry) but she is amazing. Then we were assisted by the nurse Mara, who was very polite and warm. Dr Christine Yang-Kauh took care of us. She was very comprehensive and took the time to listen and take the proper care, I couldn't expect a better service. I went there a few nights ago and the other nurse and assistant were amazing too. I totally recommend going to this place. I am super picky with cleaning and this place is amazing with that. Nice people and nice please. The time varies according to how many people are before you, like any other health place. I value the education and patience of the people and this place exceeded my expectations. Congratulations to the team!!"

"The facilities and staff are great, with the exception of one doctor. Dr. Lincoln Cleveland was perhaps one of the most condescending, patronizing doctors I've been to in my lifetime. His bedside manner is atrocious and outdated. He was entirely dismissive of my concerns that a prolonged cold could have turned into a chest infection. Worse yet, he presumed I wanted some--or any--medication to treat something that antibiotics won't. I never asked for that, and coming from a medical family, knew that already. Dr. Cleveland should have retired back when doctors like him were allowed to treat patients like stupid children."
