"I would like to leave a 5 star rating. I love Leanna, the APRN. She recognized that I had a pathophysiologic issue and got it treated. I will be forever grateful. Dr. Sood is great. The medical assistant, whose name I cannot recall, is efficient, welcoming, friendly, and has outstandingly beautiful silver hair. The office staff, for the most part is friendly and proficient. This is where the ½ star is lost. The woman who checked us in went out of her way to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was uncomfortable and a huge difference from the rest of the staff."

"Everything went well. Staff were awesome and worked with us to have procedure done at Windham rather then Backus. Not really sure why we actually had to go there though when all they did was ask questions. We went there expecting so type of procedure. Seems like a lot of unnecessary running around to different places when all we wanted was hernia surgery at Windham Hospital."

"The front desk lady was very nice and pleasant the medical assistant seemed upset. Then they APRN also seemed upset it seemed like nobody was happy to be there. The visit went fine. She answered all my questions and came up with suggestions to help me out more. I'm hoping that they will put me on the cancellation list because living like this is horrible and waiting till next year for Endoscopy and colonoscopy is a long time but we will see what happens"
