"Renee LaCadie APRN. She is extremely unprofessianal. I voiced my opinion about a refill. She basically told me I was crazy. I always thought that you could voice a opinion in a mental health sitting. This was first time I did. I wanted to stop the craziness that was continueing with her. and finish up appt. She wanted to continue. Supposely I need to relay a discontinue with my pharm. Instead of her working with pharm. She no longer wanted me as patient. I need to find someone else. I was told I was disrespecting her! Well, never will go there again!! She can go pound rocks."
"I've been trying for over a month now to get a simple prescription refill for a common Anti-Depressant. My pharmacy says I need to call the prescriber (CPC) and I can't get through to anyone at any office. I've left my information and prescription refill needs through their automated phone menu as directed several times. And yet I never received any response - either from my Pharmacy or CPC. Completely unacceptable! It's obvious they have no care at all for their patients and only interested in making as much money as possible! Go anywhere else!"
"Megan Klein has been a wonderful provider for my teenager. She is respectful, thoughtful, and engaging. Its not easy to get a depressed 14 year old to open up but she has succeeded! The office staff seems a bit overwhelmed at times, but are still helpful and I can tell they are doing their best during this challenging time. I can't recommend Megan highly enough. She's a wonderful provider and we feel lucky to have her on our team."
"After years of going to doctors and licensed professionals from this group, I feel like it was more time wasted than well spent. My most poignant memory was from Candace O’Brien to whom I mentioned concerns about a med she prescribed that my local pharmacist brought up, and her response was and I quote “That is a load of happy horse (expletive).” She then proceeded to say that if I was uncomfortable with her choices, I could look for someone else. And sure enough that’s what I did. Mahmoud and his son Shariff are at least courteous and up front all things considered, but I still feel that my needs and problems weren’t really met. If you seek help from this group, my only advice is to be firm and advocate for yourself."
"I saw a med provider here for 2 years and now that the provider has left, I am no longer using this facility. After trying a number of therapists out, I have found the clinician's techniques to be outdated and not-gender affirming. I had one therapist deny me care because I am non-binary and when I brought this problem to my med provider, the med provider apologized that this therapist's words hurt my feelings. At best, the front office is disorganized, outdated, and frustrating to deal with... any blood work the doctor orders requires for them to send a paper slip to you, and it never has the diagnosis code on it. This leads to billing problems with my insurance for that blood work. Additionally, your website advertises for services that you do not offer (group therapy) and when I have asked about this service before, I was rudely told it doesn't exist even though your website advertises for it (and still does). If you are trans/non binary, and/or expect for an up to date front office, I'd recommended keep looking. Edit in response to the Owner's response: My recommendation would be to update your site to reflect that the groups are not currently operating. When I asked about the groups, it was long before COVID and the front desk person told me that they do not exist. I was looking for a group at the time, which is why I wanted to see a psych at your practice so I felt like I was drawn in by false advertising."
