AT&T Store,

"When I arrived to the store, I received no type of greeting. I was unaware of what I should do to get help in the store. I sat down and about 10 minutes later, I was finally told I would be helped. While waiting, about 6 other people arrived. 2 left due to not receiving help or being acknowledged. Granted workers were busy with other customers. What frustrated me most, was those workers were having extended convos about personal life experiences or random other subjects. Especially the only female that was working. So about 30 minutes later, Aidan B. took time to help me while helping another customer. Which I appreciated because it was a quick fix with my phone as I expected. He was fast and professional. However, put aside about an hour or two before heading there."

"Do not go to this store (East Main St, Torrington, CT). They are SHADY. I was charged more than 2x the actual price of the phone because the sales team only provided prices associated with the "next up" program rather than disclosing the actual base price of the phones. An inconvenience and hassle now trying to get this rectified. They can't easily make it right for me because of "company policy." DO NOT GIVE THESE SHADY PEOPLE YOIR BUSINESS."
