"I strongly urge you to NOT use Biometrics. Although I was told they participated with my insurance plan I was made to pay in full up front $550 for orthotics. They billed my insurance and they were subsequently paid again. Now this has been over 3 months of me trying to get my money back. Very poor customer support and illegal billing practices. Don't get scammed! there are better orthotics companies to use."
