It did not go as I was hoping, she did not care on how I feel about my concerns of my health and made me feel so bad about myself. It was my first time going to a non doctor and not feeling good about my decision. I really was looking for a caring Dr about my health."

"Dr. Rich has been my provider for 20 years and it's comforting to have a professional and caring Doc who listens and takes time with you. The office folks are kind and never have to wait to be seen once in the office. Everyone is on time."

"I haven't written any reviews for businesses before, but my experience here has been bad enough to be worth mentioning. The majority of my complaints involve interactions with the rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful staff that you talk to for making appointments. After calling today to make an appointment, I was told that I was no longer a patient due to not having seen my doctor within the prior four years. Well ok, I have not been able to see my doctor in that timeframe, though not due to lack of effort. I have attempted to make appointments for regular checkups and been refused due to insurance confusion despite having valid insurance. I have also needed to see the doctor for more serious issues - a scratched cornea, a torn ACL, and a couple other things, and have not been able to get access. On these occasions I have had to see a (helpful) physician assistant, but I felt that a doctor's visit was really what was appropriate. Note that I was dumped as a patient because I have not seen a doctor, though the physician assistant I was forced to see instead was within their four year cut-off. I have understanding for the fact that they are busy and appointments can be difficult to schedule at short notice. I have no allowance for how rude, unpleasant the person or people who answer the phones are. Today I was basically told to get lost, and reading some of the other reviews for this group shows that rude staff has been an ongoing issue here which they have not chosen to address. When I have been able to actually get in the door, my doctor has been Stephen Fisher. I will say that he is pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is unfortunate that the office he helps to run is none of these things."

"If I could give this office zero stars, I would! The reception Cindy, was extremely rude when I came in for my appointment. She was extremely dismissive and when I asked to speak to someone else, she called the doctor and said “can you come talk to these people, I’m not dealing with people today”, followed by her slamming the phone. Why are you in the health field if you do not like dealing with people? Is this how you treat your patients? This doctors office is going to plummet, if they keep Cindy around. She has an extremely bad attitude, has no patience and is truly a disgrace to the medical health field. I will not be returning to this office, as long as this receptionist is employed here. The office manager should take the initiative and save their practice & let this employee go!! !!!UPDATE!!! After posting this review, I received a letter in the mail from this office stating they will no longer see me. I don’t know what is more comical, the fact that they thought I would ever come back to deal with such a miserable, rude receptionist (Cindy) or how they decided to handle this situation. There are plenty more qualified providers in the area, with a pleasant staff."

"Love Dr. Rich, but the office staff is horrendous. Rude, does not return calls (even for urgent issues), nearly ran me out of medication I need to live 3 times in a row, and every time you call within "office hours" the switchboard is closed. When the switchboard is open and you get someone on the phone, they forward you to voicemail as fast as humanly possible. It's a shame I will have to leave a doctor I liked because the rest of the staff doesn't care about their patients."
