"Excellent, prompt & friendly customer service; plus tailoring services that are precise. Had a problem in the "seat" of my suit pants, which invariably is the rip/tear/stress occurs. How's line go...? "Promise Little, Deliver Big." Well, they said there would be a lot of stitching that would show and it wouldn't look perfect after (which I understood given the nature of the Yarns actually stretching and tearing as opposed to something ripping on the seam). When did indeed get the pants back, it looked as if there was never a problem on the pants and they were almost seamless, pun intended. Great job! In addition, David's mom, Sue, had originally altered the same suit and made it fit well. ( I have to stop losing weight I guess. LOL) And their dry cleaning service is second to none. David & Sue, thank you. Excellent work. Any more, they say that good customer service is exceptional customer service, but in this case, it really was fantastic customer service. Thank you again."
