"Not bad. Making a return/exchange felt a little off-putting. I had the receipt and only bought a carrying case. It was too small for my stuff so I exchanged it for one more than twice the price. It was in its original packaging and re-shelvable and I still got some inquiries. "Did you open it?", "Oh, I guess it's okay if its within 15 days"... it just seemed odd, because it was only 2 days and still brand new and I had the receipt in-hand. It's a cool store to check out the games coming out and maybe picking up something at a non-discounted price point, but it falls short of a personable experience that leaves you wanting more"

"Working in Waterbury, I came across this GameStop in September 2022, during the Shiny Eternatus event in Pokémon Sword & Shield. This was after my local GameStop in Shelton ran out, so I was impressed. I later came back to pre-order Scarlet & Violet, and the service was good. Overall, it's a good GameStop, but I do have my qualms. They did not have the pre-order bonus for Scarlet and Violet double pack (the pins) when I went around 5:30, which was a bummer. I'm guessing they were not properly stocked or gave them to people who had not pre-ordered. I've tried calling since then (to inquire if they will by chance get more pins for those folks like me who pre-ordered and didn't get them), but despite them having answered my calls in September, they haven't picked up. It's a shame, because in-store service was good."

"They were three minutes past their closing time and as the man was locking up I asked him if he could please just let me buy a gift card that I had probably someone and without hesitation he told me no problem. We stayed longer and he engaged us with friendly conversation as well as information we didn't know and gaming tips. Very cool and friendly staff."
